Your blood pressure and heart rate will rise (which is why you may have a feeling like your heart is beating very fast, or it may even feel as though your heart is skipping beats), you may begin to feel nauseous because of the adrenaline being pumped through your system, you may feel light headed with the extra blood being pumped to your brain, maybe even a bit faint.

Although these treatments may work for some, they are usually very slow at providing results, and medications can have some very serious side effects, including addiction.

With all of us experiencing more and more stress in our daily lives, it’s no wonder that Anxiety and Anxiety-related illnesses are quickly becoming more and more common.
With the seemingly endless assaults on our mental health it has become increasingly more important to learn how to overcome anxiety and Panic Attacks. Fear of losing your home, your job, even your life savings has put everyone under a tremendous amount of pressure.
Our control over these issues is somewhat limited and this is a major issue that we must face. There are some things we can do, though, which can help to reduce our stress levels and prevent the negative effects of anxiety.
Let’s look at 7 ways in which you can minimize and control the negative effects of these attacks and regain your emotional stability and peace of mind.
Gain Separation
In other words, flee from the situation that is causing you stress. Although that sounds simple, you also need to be careful that you don’t allow your fear and anxiety to prevent you from living your life. Leaving a stressful situation can be a good temporary fix for an anxiety attack, but in the long term, the answer is to face the fear.
Compose Yourself
Take a moment to collect your thoughts and evaluate the reality of the situation that has you anxious. Is there anything you can do differently in this moment to improve matters? Is the problem you are perceiving really as scary as you’re making it out to be?
Peace and Quiet
